Personal Introduction
I'm Alexis Combes, a cell biologist-immunologist by training who fell into the big pot of multi-omics data analysis. I'm passionate about immunology and especially immune cells network in particular. I have really joined the faculty at UCSF where my lab uses system immunology approaches to better understand and decode those immune cell networks in Cancer and Beyond. I'm also a huge team science advocate and believe that there is no better way than collaboration and multi-disciplinary teams to solve problems. This is why, i'm also leading the Disease-to-BIology CoLab at UCSF, a collaborative-based research lab that provides support to other UCSF investigators who are interested in immune profiling.
