I am a physician-scientist aiming to start an independent research lab next year (currently a late-stage postdoc). I was part of the Irving symposium last week where Max Kümmel introduced us to SolvingFor and the aims behind it, which I found very interesting. I am especially interested in learning from others to create a lab culture that benefits everyone and brings out the best in everyone to produce great science.
