Many of the issues this organization seeks to tackle, particularly inclusion and engagement, have been on my mind. Finding ways to address these topics, particularly as a young career scientist, seems a bit nebulous. This organization promises to provide the opportunity to participate in conversations and hopefully change surrounding these topics.
