Brooke Runnette is founder of Change Agency Collective, a creative agency focused on accelerating a particular type of talent: the world’s most ambitious game-changers working to create a thriving future faster. She is currently a Senior Advisor to Fellowships team at Emerson Collective, a founding board member of Solving for Science, and a board director at the DC Environmental Film Festival. Previous roles have included Executive Vice President of the National Geographic Society, overseeing all programmatic activities including grants, Explorers, and education with a billion-dollar endowment; President of National Geographic Studios overseeing the creation of all National Geographic media for every screen and platform from IMAX to iPhone; Chief Program Officer for Energy & Environment at Emerson Collective, Emmy & Peabody award-winning producer for PBS Frontline, and Executive Producer at Discovery Channel for Shark Week. She graduated from Yale University and has a certificate in Strategy and Organizational Design from Stanford Graduate School of Business.
