Vincent Chan, PhD (he/him) is the Chief Strategy Officer of the Bakar ImmunoX Initiative at UCSF. He co-founded ImmunoX in 2018 with Max Krummel and others to build an innovative program around collaborative sciences centering around state-of-the-art technologies, infrastructure (CoLabs), a unique data-sharing model, and support for a distributed community of researchers and clinicians. Vincent also directs the Office for Collaborative Research, a strategic hub with the goal of building meaningful collaborations between the clinical and research enterprises at UCSF. He also started the Parnassus Strategists’ group to connect program strategists across campus and to implement strategic initiatives campus-wide. Vincent has a PhD in bioengineering at the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign and did his postdoctoral work at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
