Enrollment Eligibility Criteria
- Manuscript must be uploaded to a preprint server such as BioRxiv or Research Square.
- Manuscript must be submitted to traditional journal for review.
- Manuscripts must be in cancer or immunology

Hypothes.is in-line editing
Using Hypothes.is, lines of text within the results section and the figure panels can be highlighted and annotated.
Multiple windows can be opened to allow text and figures to be viewed side by side. Hypothes.is annotations in separate windows will be updated in real time.
The Hypothes.is side panel toggles to expand and retract to allow for easier viewing.

- Hypothes.is is a free Web App that allows you to annotate online articles, PDFs, and virtually anything on the internet.
- While annotations can be public, for the Discovery Stack Pilot study, we will NOT be making the annotations public while the study is ongoing or may affect manuscript outcome at traditional journals.

Hypothes.is Installation
- Click here to sign up for a free hypothes.is account.
- Add Hypothesis to your internet browser.
- For Chrome, Microsoft Edge, Brave, or Vivaldi, add the extension with this link:
- You can pin the extension to your toolbar by clicking the puzzle piece, and then the pin icon next to the hypothes.is extension.
- For Firefox or Safari: Go to the hypothes.is start page: and drag the bookmarklet to the bookmark bar.
Viewing and Creating Annotations in Hypothes.is
For Discovery Stack Pilot participants, please ensure that your annotations are created in the appropriate PRIVATE hypothes.is group associated with the manuscript.
All Discovery Stack Pilot private groups will have the βDSPβ prefix followed by manuscript ID.
